Wisemen is seeking a resourceful and innovative Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role you will focus on business and operational improvements. You will serve as a resource and key team member on projects by overseeing key milestones throughout the operational process.
Qualifications:
- A college degree is required preferably in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a work environment where rapidly changing priorities can be the rule rather than the exception.
- Attention to details and accuracy.
- Self-starter, comfortable solving problems, and a passion to learn and grow.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid organization and time management skills
- Ability to work with all levels, present information to management, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist to streamline and combine people, processes, technology, and controls to improve operating effectiveness, lower costs, reduce redundancy, and lower risks.
- Recommend actions, improvements, strategy planning and solutions based on analyzing and interpreting data.
- Ensure project teams provide complete, timely and accurate data for projects.
- Implement standard processes and best practices.
- Will support value-added relationships and key milestones throughout the operational project(s).
- Work closely with business development, customer experience and client teams to understand the business, client contract and projects.
- Produce documents for teams and leadership to review and utilize.
- Deliver presentations to teams and executive leaders and sponsors.
- Build skills and knowledge including self-development, team knowledge and customer (internal) knowledge.
- Support progress against project milestones to help ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
